Chicken Adobo Recipe
How would you like your chicken adobo recipe? Would you prefer classic or like my classic with a zing added with only the roasted garlic? Nah! some Pinoys prefer the Aloha style but since I love to apply little tricks to my own recipe at home, I made yet another alternative to the Aloha making my chicken adobo recipe green adding spinach instead.

How do you think do I make my adobo green? Well, simple recipes turn amazing using garden fresh vegies. What’s best is you can make them a little bit healthier. I added a few “kulitis” leaves (spinach) (may be replaced with fresh basil leaves). So all you have to do is to follow the same adobo recipe procedure and take in all the ingredients less the sugar because it is not a good idea to add it with vegies.
