Adobo Recipe
Please do note that you can make some modifications in cooking your best adobo recipe. Some were content in using fish as the main ingredient which I find easy to cook than the first two I have featured above such as the pork or chicken. Some would use vegetable such as the famous kangkong to come up with the adobong kangkong. I also head that you can also cook adobong pasta but I am still in the process of finding out the recipe and ingredients list. If you want to make an experiment, you can actually just use the regular ingredients and then replace the main ingredient. Good luck and enjoy your cooking.
Adobo Pinauga Style by allfavoriterecipe.com
Put it all into a pan to boil. Once boiling, turn down to simmer stirring occasionally. Cook through until sauce dries out and meat gets tender. Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn’t burn. Serve with rice and mongo.
Creamy Adobo Style
With the creamy adobo cooking style, all you have to do is to follow the regular procedure for cooking the classic or any other process you know. After cooking just before you turn off the stove or fire, pour in a cup of all purpose cream or coconut milk. Put to boil and presto!
Hawaiian Style Adobo
Again, with the Hawaiian style adobo, you follow the same procedures you know and all you have to do before the cooking is done is to add up some pineapple chunks. Put to boil and then, you’re done.
Spicy Chicken Feet Adobo
If you are not familiar with this cooking style and the main ingredient which is the chicken feet, then maybe it’s time you take yourself to an experiment. Again, the same procedures apply in cooking this dish. All you have to do is to replace the main ingredient and add up some spice by putting some chili powder or the regular chili (siling labuyo)
Sweet and Sour Adobo
Funny but yes you can make up another unique cooking spree with this dish. What is exciting with this cooking is the fact that it’s a wonder how you can make the simple adobo dish into different tasting one. With the sweet and sour adobo, all you have to do is take out the cooked adobo and then 2 options come in. Option 1 will involve a simple adding of sweet and sour sauce. You can buy it in sachet today in groceries or you can buy the UFC sweet and sour sauce in a bottle. If you are good in cooking this sauce, then don’t hesitate to make one customized for your adobo. All you have to do after adding the adobo (fish, pork, chicken, kangkong) less the juice in the adobo itself to your sweet and sour sauce, put it to a short boil and you’re good to go.
