Pork Adobo Recipe

I’ve posted about my version of fish adobo recipe. You can also view my unique green chicken adobo recipe and now it’s time for my favorite, the spicy pork adobo recipe that I call the “milking cow’s favorite“. Why? simply because here is where I used an extra ingredient that many Pinoys love – coconut milk.

If you want your adobe without any spice, you can remove the chili option from the list of delicious ingredients that I have listed below and replace them with curry powder instead. If you don’t want curry, adding plain coconut milk will do.

Please send me more of your recipe. I really learn a lot. I am not so good in cooking but your style in cooking helps me a lot. Thank you and more power.

Wow, the cooking way of this Pilipino Pork Adobo Recipe is great, I’ll try it later and I hope it tastes delicious. Just one suggestion: If you add some cooking pictures it will be easier to follow!
