You can also view my unique green chicken adobo recipe and now it’s time for my favorite, the spicy pork adobo recipe that I call the “milking cow’s favorite“. Why? simply because here is where I used an extra ingredient that many Pinoys love – coconut milk.

If you want your adobe without any spice, you can remove the chili option from the list of delicious ingredients that I have listed below and replace them with curry powder instead. If you don’t want curry, adding plain coconut milk will do.
