Spicy Pumpkin Seed Recipe

Spicy Pumpkin Seed Recipe
Step 1:
Take out all the seeds from the pumpkin pulp and collect them all. Rinse the pumpkin seed with tap water and dry them all later. Now you have a choice to either saute or bake hot in the oven at low temperature to cook gradually.
Step 2:
Saute with olive oil for about 7 minutes or until you can see it turn golden brown. You can smell the scent of the pumpkin seed skin and this signals that it is cooked. Sift the seeds after taking it out of the pan using towel or cooking tissue paper.
For Spicy Pumpkin Seed Recipe
3 cups raw pumpkin seeds
2 Tablespoons olive oil, plain or garlic roasted
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground chili powder
1 teaspoon coarse ground kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder, optionalFor Baked Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
2. Combine margarine, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds
3. Mix thoroughly in shallow dish or cookie sheet
4. Bake for 1 hour, and constantly stir1/2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
