It’s near graduation when New Year comes in the Philippines and I bet that schools will be looking for cheap toga rental stations to rent their graduation toga and hats. If you are a graduating college student or high school student, for sure your school administrator will be looking out for the cheapest toga to rent for your commencement exercises. Don’t worry there are a lot out there.

In fact there is one, JRS toga rental that I just found online using internet search but I am still on the way to contact them and offer the service here in Metro Manila and all nearby cities like Makati, Quezon City, Caloocan and more.
