I just encountered a problem with my Globe sim card prepaid using my Nokia cellphone today. The problem is that I lost my load worth Php 285.50. Getting back at some of the last transactions that I did (October 27, 2010) using my prepaid sim and cellphone, I found out that it was a day before because I also happen to have a PLDT extension sim card which we use while in Cavite to call landline numbers.

When I called Globe customer service today to ask what could have caused my sim card which I loaded (confirmed by customer service representative) last October 24, 2010 with Php 300.00 Globe Tattoo call card to loose all the load I had, a certain Borg entertained my problem. I must admit that it was a good conversation. He told me to wait for up to 5 days to have my problem attended to.

If you ask me how I did it, simple, I just took time to search for the Globe customer service numbers or hotline numbers and since I cannot use my cellphone to make a call, I immediately went online to search for the said numbers. I’d like to share it with future readers of this blog so they won’t have a hard time trying to find the hotline, customer service numbers. See details below.

    I just talked to your Customer Service Representatinv not more than ten munutes ago requesting assistance to unsubscribe my Globe Number 0927 561 6790 from the BinBit (2474).

    I have just received a text notice from BinBit advising me that i have been unsubscribed from their list and I will not receive further notice from their end.

    I have a problem here at GLOBE OLONGAPO BRANCH, last October 2010 I applied for a promo (plan for blackberry curve 8250). After a month of using it, there was a spot on the LCD of my cell phone, plus the zoom of my camera is not working anymore, so I advice your branch here in olongapo about my problem, they check my phone and they found out of course there was a problem, they advice me that the working period will be 70 days, after that grace period, my original cell phone was replace and when I ask them, they said they were instructed and my previous cell phone was still in repair. There’s no choice left for me but to accept the said phone. After a day using it here in our office, I just found out there was also problem on my new cell phone, the wifi is not working, the zoom of camera (again) is not working, I immediately informed one of your staff there again about the problem and same process they check and saw that there was really a problem and informed me that it will took 70working days again. Last September 14, 2011 I just paid my bill even without using my blackberry cell phone and I ask them regarding on my concern, they said my phone was still on repair. Its more than 70 working days, for Christ sake is this how you treat your customer, they have an alternative, they just ask me if it’s ok for me to use there service phone which is blackberry curve 8520, of course I said yes. When were in the middle of checking it, there were still a problem again! The wifi is not working either. That means I gave your branch here more than 140 days. Wouldn’t you think it was unfair for Me.? Why don’t you instruct your branch here to give me a brand new or maybe changing it to a new model or upgrading it? I also encountered that they cut my line without notifying me, yes they call me to settle my account but they don’t send any statement of account. How should I know my bills and I believe that I have the right to receive a statement of account? They said I should inquire to this site or something, and why should I do that? At first there giving me a billing or statement of account thru sending it on my house, I also give my email address but now it’s not happening. Will you please, please? settle this problem in a swift manner. Would you? Looking forward for your quick response.

    I’m so disappointed with your network. I’ve been trying to register to SUPERUNLI but it won’t register. tsk. Then you blocked my number from sending to 8888. What the hell? Then I tried to redeem my points.. WHAT’S with the try again later?! Now my load is gone! Thanks GLOBE! for making your network INCONVENIENT!

    hello po si rocelle po to gusto po lang malaman kung naong gagawin namin para matanggap namin yong bill namin sa sa landline phone.. coz we need to make sure that they will happen again before that they dont give us a bill, then bigla nalang naputol yong linya namin.. please can anyone help us thanks..

    Why do we preferred smart telecom than globe? because smart have call center agents that really please you and treat you in a good manner, they all know how to please someone when they call…! I had a talk to one of your agent, GLOBE. And he seems like bossy…. that agent from manila i can say, he’s empty.. he’s nothing..! Full of knowledge about everything, but empty life, empty heart, such a fool Globe call center agent… He may reach the top of his dreamed but will never be contented..! he is such a freak and always hot when calling a costumer… the time that i was talking to him lately, he speak like he has a devil on his side…. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE….! THERE’S STILL A TIME TO CHANGE YOURSELF… DON’T LET THE DEVIL CONTROL YOUR LIFE AND YOURSELF..!

    im very dissapointed using globe tatoo broadband na 4G daw yun ha nung binili ko pero i found out na 3G while i was connecting thru network type at hindi lang yun ni isa signal WALA? ano yun nasa manila nako nun ha what more kung nasa province pa ako?mga sinungaling..actually kanina ko lang binili ang broadband ko sa GLOBE mismo sa SM Manila ilang balik ako sa GLOBE center para magdecide pero finally GLOBE pa rin pinili ko kahit alam ko SUN is very OK kasi dito sa manila malakas ang signal nila pero sa province wala kaya di ko sila pinili at globe pa rin pinili ko kasi sa province namin malakas ang globe pero hindi pala kasi dito pa lang sa manila wala signal kayo kaya i’ve decided na sumugod talaga bukas sa SM Manila para magcomplain at irefund na pera ko andito lang me sa paranaque ngayon kaya i have no time to come back to SM Manila kaya bukas na lang humanda kayo tom…kaasar kayo talaga…..kaya pls call SM Manila ryt now…

    Globe is sooooooooooooo disappointing, so frustrating and all!!!! Iyong internet connection, sobrang bagal…. I’m just here in Antipolo City and they say Globe tower is near here so I decided to buy a Globe tattoo although I’m using Smart for my phone… Pero sobrang bagal ng connection!!! I tried their chat support and they were useless, not of help at all. It shows a 3G with 4 bars pero di parin nagloload ung page…di lang pala mabagal, di talaga nagloload!!!!!

    since holy week march 2012 wala na po kaming internet,although were still using the telephone but up to now july 2012 wala pa ring internet connection.me nakausap akong employee nyo sa 171 sabi ko klan ba kami kakabitan kung hindi ipapadisconnect ko na.he convince me na huwag muna ipaputol.sabi ko kung kelan nakabakasyon ako saka pa nawalan.he promise me na before ako bumalik ng saudi ibabalik nila and gagawan nila ng paraan but up to now wala pa din.i want it na idisconnect nyo na lang please at up to now me bill pa kami sa internet.

    good pm globe! nagregistered ako sa 1 month unlitxt allnet last september 23 2012.. naka plan po ang sim ko sa globe..my confirmation naman po akong narecieve na activate na yong unlitxt allnet ko,pero bakit pagdating ng bill ko umabot ako ng 11 thousand plus yong bayaran ko kc hindi daw nakaregistered ang sim ko, bakit ganon samantala my confirmation akong narecieve na activate na siya..i need your reply asap! tnx..this is my number 09177030153

    mga darling, mukha yatang tulog kayo, my landline was installed yesterday and I was been told that w/in 24h they will activate it for use. But until now no one is contacting me concerning this thing. I’ve been trying to get in touch w/ Globe but veeeeerrrry unfortunately the line is always busy? or is it purposely hang, The TIME IS RUNNING AND I DID NOT TAKE YOUR SERVICE FOR NOTHING AND PLS LANG DONT WASTE MY MONEY

    Good morning po! akoy nagtataka bakit may bill parin akong natatanggap galing mismo sa globe eh….samantalang naka off line na di ko na magamit ang internet, ewan ko ba sa nakausap ko na syang nagkabit nitong linya sa amin di nya tinupad yung agreement namin 700/month unli. poyon walang telepono, pero bakit pagdating ng bill. namin nakakagulat pagkalakilaki, at isa pa…bago palang dumating yung bill namin eh…wala na kaming internet, di na namin nagagamit kc wala ng signal mul mismo sa globe. pwede ba putulin nyo na yan! kc kung ganyan kayo nang ganyan mawawalan na kami ng tiwala sa inyo….. biro nyo ilang bwan kong di nagagamit ang globe nyo kc walang ng connection! tapos may bill parin…..ano yon lokohan. di narin makontak yung nagkabit ng internet dito sa amin bakit….bakit….
