SSS Housing Loan for OFW
The Philippine Social Security System (SSS) had a housing loan program for OFWs. If you are an overseas Filipino worker, there are certain qualifications that entitles you to make a housing loan as stated in the “Pabahay sa Bagong Siglo” program of the government and the SSS.
The first part of the SSS housing loan for OFW program consists of information stating the standard loanable amount, loan purpose, loan terms, physical collateral, who may borrow and the OFW classification in order to be allowed to take advantage of this housing loan program of the SSS.
The second part of the loan term consists of papers and documents required, how to pay the amortization, where to file the application form and the full list of duly authorized remittance-accepting banks for the payment of the loan. Sir,
Iam a member of SSS, the last time I had my payment was 1995, can I avail loan for housing renovation if I will pay in advance for 1 year ? Iam currently working abroad and will go exit this year, this will be possible to avail for loan? Can I get CASH money for this loan because I have already my own design for this house.

hi, good day po! ask ko lang po kung pwede po ba ako maka pag loan for OFW SSS housing loan, para sa improvement ng bahay ko, naka pag hulog na po ako ng 132 months na contribution, kaya lang po dina me nak a pag hulog kasi po bali direct hire na ang pag labas ko ng bansa, para mag work sa abroad as a seaman..walang sss na hinuhulog ang agency namin… qualified po kaya ako maka avail for OFW loan?…pls. let me know, thank you & godbls.
