SSS ID Requirements

Listed below are the basic SSS ID requirements as posted in the SSS website. With respect to branches with SSS ID capture machines, we only know a branch where it is sure they have a working capturing machine and that is in SSS main office.

How to find this branch? Go to SSS Building East Avenue, Diliman Quezon City. For hotline telephone numbers before you come over to apply, please call (632) 920-6401, 920-6446. You may also send them an email them at – member_relations@sss.gov.ph. Makati also had their own ID capture machine as well as Manila branch but it is not sure if it is still working.

Requirements for ID Application:

(Primary documents)
* Passport
* Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) card
* Seaman’s book

If you don’t have any of these primary documents, use these as substitute:

* Driver’s license
* Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance
* School or company ID
* Postal ID
* Senior citizen card (SSS pensioner)
* Major credit card
* Voter’s ID
* Savings account passbook
* Alien certificate of registration
* Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) member’s record
* Certification from the Office of Southern/Northern Cultural Communities or Office of Muslim Affairs
* Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) card

Ask ko lng po,pwede po ba ung voters ID number lng? Di pa po kasi naibibigay ung ID tlaga e,thanks po

hi just want to ask if pede ba kumuha nang sss id.actually ngayun lang ako nakapagbayad ulit nang contribution dahil sa new company ko na pinagtratrabahoan ko.last pay ata is 2009 august..then sa last company ko na nag work ako for 3 years wala kaming mga contributions..may certain years ba talaga nang pagbayad bago maka pag process nang sss id?thanks..paki email na lang po sa arj.franje@gmail.com ang sagot nyo.thanks

Hi, I lost my SSS id number. I’m ofw in Malta Island, Europe. I want to update my SSS & Gsis contribution. How can I get my id number please? Thanks.

anu pong gawin ko dati po sa pinagtatrabahuan ko po may deduction kami sa sss at mga 2 years mahigit n po di ko naupdate kung may hulog po ba talaga ang sss ko o wala po . tapos ngaun po gusto ko pong ipagpatuloy mam as a contribution po mam pls give me advise
