Although I believe that it is pretty easy for many people, especially SSS members out there to find out about the SSS main branch address and telephone number, still, many have asked me through my comments about where to find the SSS main office. Some have asked for the official telephone number of the head office too.

Good afternoon! May inquiry po ako. Namatay po ang nanay ko noong April 11. Nag ta try po akong mag claim ng SSS po nya para sa death. Ang pangalan po nya ay Demetria Fabellar. October 6 na po ngayon, and sabi pa rin po sa akin sa tangapan nyo sa Commonweath Avenue eh under process pa rin daw po ito. Ipinangutang ko lang po ang pagcremate ng nanay ko, hanggang ngayon eh hindi ko pa rin sila nababayaran. Ipinangako ko po sa kanila na mababayaran ko na po sila kasi ang pagkakasabi po sa akin eh 3 months lang makukuha ko na yung lump sum noong SSS nya eh mag sisix months na po ito. Pwede po bang paki tingnan naman. Maraming salamat!

We applied our application last January 2009 for our business Baywatch Real Estate Inc. and we are waiting for Plate Registration Number, we have also here the receipt amounting 165 for the Plate fee. can we ask when are we going to pick up and claim the plate and also we are asking how much is the contribution of employees?

Ang problema ay 2 taon na qng hnd nakakatanggap ng pension q, ayaw kcng asikasuhin ng sss sta. maria branch ulila na po ako at wala ng 2mu2long sakin sa pag aasikaso sa ngaun….

pwede ko ba malaman kung anong malapit na SSS branch dito ako sa makati, before kase my SSS sa makati pero wala na sya dito. tanong ko lang kung anong malapit na SSS na nag-iissue na din ng ID with picture.

Im having problems with my loan since results of my application show I am a delinquent payer..Im also having problems with my name..My contributions are up to date..although I transferred from Asia Brewery Tacloban to Pepsi Cola Prods. Phils. Inc. (PCPPI), I was surprised at my application results..Kindly help me regarding the matter.

Magandang araw po, Isa po akong OFW mayroon din akong problema.
Dati ay nagputa ako sa tangapan ng SSS DUMAGUETE BRANCH para komuha ng SSS I.D or mag pa I.D. Nagkaroon ng problema doon sa aking DATE OF BIRTH AND MIDLE NAME sa madaling salita inayos ko muna yon bago umalis ng bansa. Pagkatapos ng tatlong buwan may dumating na sulat sa bahay galing sa SSS na nag sasabi na naayos na yong dapat ayosin. Tapos noong dumating ako sa pinas ay agad diin akong nagpunta sa tangapan ng SSS DUMAGUETE BRANCH para maka pag pa I.D at ang sabi sa akin ay may problema nanam sa aking GINDER at inayos ko ulit noong araw nayon (August 2009) tapos hangang ngayon walang balita kong ano na ang nangyari doon. gud pm mam/sir id like to verify my fathers application for retirement benifits…he filed his application on may 31 2010 but theres an errors incountered on his application… sopposed to be by june 31 2010 he soppose to get her pension but due to the errors encountered he needs to fix the errors….2 weeks ago he already fixed the errors and the staff told my father that he recieve his pension after 2 weeks….its more than to weeks now but he did not yet recieve his pension…thank you and i hope for your responds…

I’ve been an employee of TELEPHILIPPINES, mostly known as TELEPERFORMANCE in Edsa Central for almost four months now. Since meron na po akong 36 hulog, it means na eligible na po ako for the loan. So I filed for a salary loan sa HR Dept. po ng present company ko. Ang tgal po nilang iprocess. It’s been like more than 2 months na po since finile ko ung loan ko until now ala pa din po.. Sabi po sa SSS two-three weeks lang daw po. I was bothered. I checked my contribution and I found out then na for three months ndi nila hinuhulugan ung SSS ko where in fact, according to SSS branch namin po (jurisdiction) monthly daw po naghuhulog ung company ko, sabi din po ng accounting every month daw sila nag reremit. Kung gnon po is dapat may naremit na sakin for april, may, june. But until now po ala pa din. Granted po na I had a mistake of maghulog as a voluntary to make up for the 36 months before for the month of April pra makapagloan po cause I really need the money for my child. But sabi magantay daw ako ng isang buwan then mapopost na ung hulog ng TELEPERFORMANCE sakin for the month of April, even for the month of May. Until now po ala. I could smell something fishy po kze kya nagemail na ko sa inyo. Imposible po na mali ang SSS number ko dhil dinouble check ko ulit sa record ko and dun sa pay slip ko, tama naman po lahat ng numbers. It must be something about them na po.
Yung sister ko po is nahired dun sa TELEPERFORMANCE last October,2009 but until now why po ala pa din ciang hulog dun sa SSS.. Eh diba po kapag ndi ka na nakapaghulog for the past few months, you cannot go back anymore???
Please help us out po kung ano ang gagawin ko at nararapat na gawin o san po ako dudulog or lalapit s kalagayan kong ito na for sure na matutulungan po kami. Everytime po kasi na lumalapit po kami sa HR and sa accounting ng company namin is pinagsasawalang bahala lang kami.

About your problem re Teleperformance not remitting your SSS contributions.. your not alone girl.. i suggest you ask your wavemates, teammates & other agents to check their SSS contributions & if by so doing & they found out that they have the same case as yours go to the accounting department to report it.. btw sad to say i also have the same problem & JUST found out about it last Friday Sept.17 & i was an agent of TP EDSA-SHAW from March-December 2009 & TP is deducting SSS contributions from my salary monthly but to my surprise when i’ve checked my contributions in one SSS branch they did not remit any contributions..
i’ll check with TP the soonest.. i hope i’ll have positive results or else.. i’ll try my luck with IMBESTIGADOR.. :)

I called to SSS Main Office to inquire about the reschedule of my ID picture taking due to I didn’t attend my schedule of picture taking because of my job. I contact the SSS main office and then I follow the instruction of the answering machine after I press 0 for operator assistance the phone rang and then “binagsakan ba naman ako ng phone ni hindi ko man lang narinig kahit hininga nya! and then I called again but the phone is keep on ringing what a bullshit service is that? sana magkaroon kayo ng action with regards in this matter… I also planning to send a comment of complain to the office of the president for the assurance of having an action in this SSS agency…..

gud day!..i would like to ask kung anu po ang pede gawen about sa SSS conribution ko.nais ko po sana mag-loan kaya nun na check po nila eh nakapag-loan n daw po ako eh ever since po nde pako nakakapag-loan ang tanging nakuka ko lang po ay maternity loan nun i gave birth last 2000 pa.kaya po nagtaka ako,napa-check ko na po ito sa SSS makati branch nakita nga po nila na may na release nga pero ala po ako na-loan sa SSS.sabe po nila doon ipa-check ko po sa main branch sa East Avenue.,kelangan ko po kase talaga makapag-loan as soon as possible.
and one thing pa po,nun ng register po ako sa online SSS loan eh lumalabas po n registered n daw po un SSS number ko,eh ngaun p lang nmn ako gagawa ng user id sa SSS..
anu po kaya ang dapat kong gawen?

Hello po this ghen of laguna, nagre-apply po ako ng sss id s san pablo branch it was october 2009 then after sbi nila ssend nlng s haus yun ID nagppa-follow ulit me ng 2010 sbi ni d raw nila marrelease agad dahil my bagong format dw ng ID yun MULTIPLE ID ng pinauso ni Gloria, then they told me n jan 2011 n dw yun tentative release… I called SSS about to this matter ang sinabi nila s akin tumawag n lng dw ako s SSS Main branch. I CALL THE MAIN BRANCH SA 632 920-6401 sbi ng antipatikang customer repre & what so ever; call n me sa 632 920-6446 i try called many time till now out of service ang phone then nag email n ako member_relations@sss.gov.ph … till now wla p rin..SAN BA AKO PWEDE TUMAWAG OR MAGFILE REKLAMO dahil super tagal n yun ID n yun simple ID d nila magawang ng paraan. Nagpagawa po ako ng id 2 years ago and it was mailed daw last sept9 2011. And to make the story short the operator gave a local number to call the return to sender dept. which is 5499. but sadly hindi po ako makacontact.. hinohold po nila then after waiting ng napakatagal ibababa lang po nila ang line… can you check po ba the status kung pwede na po i pick-up nalang in the main office ng sss and what should i bring to claim it.. thank. more power

Ang mother in law q nag apply ng adjustment para sa pension nya last may 2011 den we recieved letter from sss last jan 3,2012 na pwede na ma w/draw ung lump sum adj nya tru landbank kaso pag verify namin sa LBP mali daw ung acct na napasukan.. ang account is still named after my mother in law but it was already close since year 2007, and we always follow up SSS general Santos branch pero no feedback then i called manila office last week (Feb 15 2012) and sabi nila they will immediately mail the letter w/c is the requirement para ma replaced ng check ung claim but until now wala pa rin daw sabi sa gensan office.. ganyan ba talaga katagal ang process its almost 1 year and to think that it was already funded coz we already have the w/drawal letter..

My case is like this.. Iam physically and verbally abused by my parents, thats why when I got the opportunity, I ran away from them and live my own life. kaya lang akala ko ok na. My parents keep on stalking on me. Nalaman nila kung saan ako currently nagwowork thru inquiry in SSS. Wala po bang safeguards para sa mga members ng SSS na ang kanilang personal informations ay hindi malalaman ng iba?
Tumawag ako sa SSS kahapon, ang sabi ng nakausap ko, basta alam mu kung anu ang sss number, birthday at name ay ibibigay nila ang infomations tungkol sa taong involved.
Pwede po bang mag kuha ng bagong SSS numbersa kadahilanang safety and security reasons?
