To access the SSS site inquiry above, you will have to register an account at www sss gov ph. Be sure that you list down your member username ID and password and keep it. This is where most members make a mistake because otherwise, you will have to request for a lost password or sign up for a new membership again using another e-mail.

Hey!whats wrong with this SSS inquiry website i hate it. why is that i want to inquire about my contribution then sad to say “oh my i cant access your website. Dati po akong regular employee sa Pilipinas ngaun po ay nasa saudi arabia ako bilang ofw bago ako umalis last 1999 ay nag apply ako as self employed contributor pero diko po ito nahulugan ngaunpo ay ibig ko ituloy ang paghuhulog wala po bang problema yon na diko nahulugan ng mahabang taon? A Blessed Good day to all the Highest rank of the SSS main office of the Philippines.
I would like to know how to access the online enquiry.
It was 6 months ago, I still can access it by ONLINE ENQUIRY, but not I just found out all the comments of my fellow filipino remitters on the site, What’s going on! Just a website only still have to take from us away, That’s not fair at all.
As I was notice since the Head of the SSS was change or replace everything has been changed too. Mr. Neri was a very good head that I ever know coz I met him in person and he is very approachable.
I would be glad to hear all your explaination to my comments please do give me a sweet reply to my email.

I just want to inquire my SSS status.More than 4 years na akong member ng SSS but last july, nag-abroad ako dito sa Middle East pero may naiwan akong loan.Paano ko ba sya babayaran at paano ko itutuloy ang pagbabayad ko sa sss gayung dito na ako work sa Riyadh, Kindom of Saudi Arabia?I still want to continue my SSS contribution.Pwede ko pa rin ba bayaran yung mga months na hindi ako nakabayad para walang loopwhole sa contribution ko?

I was an employee of Philippine National Bank from 1996 to 2003. I retired last March 2003 kaya po since then hindi na po ako nagbayad ng monthly contributions ko. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung pwede ko pa ituloy yun, kung same contributions pa rin po ba ang dapat?

Good afternoon, just want to ask something thou its not related to my contribution, but the sss pension of my father instead, usually po kasi 10k + ang pension niya then this month of July when i checked the ATM it was only 9,727.00. I wasn’t able to get a receipt of the transaction that month. So, i waited for the month of August, his pension is still at 9,710.00 bracket, i have the transaction receipt for the month of August. Nabawasan po ng 1,000 ang amount ng pension ng father ko and the reason why nagkaganon ang gustong malaman ng mother ko so i check the website. Hindi ko po alam where to go to bring up this matter to the concerned people para po maliwanagan kami. i signed-up as instructed by our HR dept so i can retrieve my list of contributions. After doing so the first time, it did not provide a username and passsword, so i tried signing uop again. To my dismay, it keeps bringing me back to the same log-in page though i already changed the inetended user name and email address. It is so difficult to just get the list of contributions, and this is needed as i am to undergo surgery. Please help.

Why are these people asking to to send their sss contribution on this site? This is not an SSS website. As if the webmaster from this website has the power to provide such info.
Moreover, I don’t think people from sss read this, and if they do, they cannot act on such requests unless you call them personally.
I think there is also an security issue. In the US, you do not tell or post your Social Security number in any website specially posting your social security number as well as your full name.
It may lead to identity theft.

I register to sss online registration then it was successful registration. It had been said upon registration that I could be able to received my password to complete my registration and had my account. But, I still never received my password until now. I want to fallow up my password as soon as possible because I need to update my contribution, since I had stoppped working for almost a year.

I’ve been employed for 20 years or so before I became unemployed for one and a half years now. I wanted to change my membership status from employed to voluntary member.
I went to the SSS Office in Malabon City today and the personnel at the “information desk” was very busy stamping his logbook with numbers. He was unattentive and too preoccupied to attend to my queries. Without even looking at me as I was asking my queries, he simply handed to me two sets of SSS RS-5 (Contributions Payment Return).
Not wanting to be annoyed further and to “waste his time and my time” I just left the SSS office and thought the website would be more helpful.
Is there any form that has to be filled up for me to be able to change my membership status from employed to voluntary member? Do I still need to get my previous employer’s SSS ID in the process of changing my membership status?
How much is the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual contribution for a voluntary member?
Thank you in advance for your reply to my queries above. I cannot proceed in registering online as I have not paid contribution 6 months prior to today.

Good day!, itanong ko lang po kung panu tamang procedure para sa case namin.. Kasi may emplyado kami na merong outstanding loan balance, mnagincur na ng malaking penalty kasi di nya naibigay sa amin para ituloy ang deduction nung una palang na nahire sya samin. I hate SSS employees super bagal ng re-process ng claims! Kung tutuusin dapat mas mabilis na kasi existing na ung claim irereprocess na lang… grabe… new claim will take 3-4 days reprocess will take 2-3 months!!! Kung hahanapin mo ung taong ngprocess and me hawak laging nkaleave!!! hayz… why are they like that??? hayz!!

Im frm cagayan de oro city. working at PRO INTEGRATED SCHOOL, TAGOLOAN MISAMIS ORIENTAL, just want to ask help from ur office sir/mam about our sss remittances.from the past years our campany did not submit our sss contribution.We always forward this complains to OUR company office but sad to say no actions being made, some of our colleagues cannot have loans because of this irregularities.sometimes they remit our contribution very late as in..delayed for 2 yrs – 3 yrs.infact they’re collecting our contributions on time. So unfair.
My friends adviced me to send this problem through this site. Hope u can addressed our complains or try to check or forward this querries to SSS CAGAYAN DE ORO OFFICE PLS.hoping for your positive response.thank you!God bless

i applied for a loan last june 29, 2010 after two weeks they said it is approve and they gave me the check number its been more than two months now but i dont have the check i follow up again in the sss cagayan de oro branch they suggested to call the sss diliman to follow up but when i call the mailing deparment they connect me to another line but no one answer the phone…hope you understand i applied for a loan for im in need of financial assistance but i dont understand why it takes soo long…please i need your assistance…thank you.

Try going to your local post office or if you are employed, try to ask from your company if you have a P.O. box number and then go to the local post office main to talk to the assigned postmaster / postman if your check already arrived. If not, the best thing to do is to follow it up at the main office. You can do this also via e-mail. (try to see our post for the complete address of the SSS main branch in Diliman Q. City)
