Dwarfina will be topbilled by a powerhouse cast of characters like Heart Evangelista, Dennis Trillo, Iwa Moto, Janice de Belen, Chanda Romero, Cris Villanueva, Mark Bautista, Derrick Monasterio, Yogo Singh, and Kylie Padilla. Jestoni Alarcon, Jackielou Blanco, Pauleen Luna, Angelica dela Cruz, Emilio Garcia, Tony Mabesa, Gerard Pizarras, Bearwin Meily, Vaness del Moral, Mico Aytona and Will Devaughn.
Dwarfina will witness the special participation of the wife of Senator Bong Revilla, Lani Mercado-Revilla. The telefantaserye is directed by Mike Tuviera.
