After it was officially reported that Big Brother (Kuya) was hospitalized, his brother named Big Utol replaced him in taking care of the housemates in the PBB Double Up edition of Big Brother in the Philippines. Big Utol was a lot different it seems and the housemates did not think that he would implement weird rules and micro tasks inside the house and scare the hell out of all the housemates.
