There will be an upcoming new fantaserye offering by GMA 7 titled The Last Prince which will feature an upcoming talents and hot love team by Kapuso this 2010, Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal. Hoping to be a first with their concept, GMA 7 will surely give this a shot to see if the life of the kings and queens and prince and princesses still have the magic to attract primetime viewers in the Philippines today.


I personally would like to know and see what twist the Kapuso management will be able to come up with in The Last Prince. The promo video looks promising but I wanted to see more than that as a viewer and critic of today’s teleserye, fantaserye or telefantasya. I wanted to see more of it.

For now, I would leave it up to the fact that ABS-CBN will surely rock our world simply because they are launching side by side different teleseryes with a unique and first ever concept in Philippines soap. I am talking about the very first ever medical drama in “Habang May Buhay” which stars Judy Ann Santos and Tanging Yaman which is another first in the local teleserye concept to be launched as a political drama. Let’s see what GMA can do to topple the 60th soap anniversary by ABS-CBN.
