PugAd: The Pugo Adventure in La Union
(All photos on this post in full credits to abscbnnews.com and Sports Unlimited) Need to experience some extreme adventure? Here is a nice place you can do all that. It’s Pugo Adventure, sometimes mistaken by many calling it Pugad Adventure. Why Pugo? It’s because the place is located in Pugo, La Union. Why PugAd? It’s because it is actually the two words combined (Pugo and Adventure) and as what PugAd means in tagalog – NEST. Yes, nest, because it is a nest nestled in a 5-hectare resort offering a series of extreme adventures rolled into one.
With PugAd, you can indulge in white water river rafting and equally bash into the barreling waves, large pool for swimming, mountain hiking, ATV driving, 42-foot wall rock climbing, second fast zip perfect for speed junkies adds excitement, the 1st PugAd zipline adventure (see the video of a friend below to see how long and high the zipline is). There is a 3rd zipline. If you are asking just like the other where to find PugAd or how to get to PugAd (Pugo, La Union PugAd Adventure), it is actually situated just along the straits of Marcos Highway, located just 30 minutes away from Baguio City and four hours travel from Manila. Good and exciting stopover for those looking for hot thrills before experiencing Baguio’s cool weather. Watch a video of the zipline below courtesy of my friends, Mike and Laarni Baloyo “Bal” Maniego.
